- A:Electric scooter,electric bikes,e-skateboards are the solutions for short distance commuting,especially in the 1st mile & last mile traffice solution in downtown.We would like to suggest the e-scooter(private use) for commuting if the distance is less than 5KM,e-bike is the better solution if the distance is 10KM,& basically the e-skateboards are more for fun not for daily commuting.The private owned e-scooter is more cost-effective if you ride your e-scooters everyday,otherwise the sharing e-scooter is very good option if you just ride occationally.

- A:Yes,we provide one basket solution in terms of sharing e-scooter business. 1,We do have a lot of experience in sharing e-scooter frames,which are more stronger,more durable,more robust,more reliable. 2,We do e-scooter assembly,commisioning & final test before packing and final delivery. 3,We do provide the IOT solution,including IOT module,operation platform for the operators,phone APP for the end users.

- A: Basically we‘ll provide you one year warranty for our goods,and please check with our sales representative when you place us an order.

- A: Sure. Your logo or company name can be printed o your products and package by silk-printing or stickers.

How many colors are available for your electric scooters?
- A: We match color with pantone matching system. So you just send us the pantone color code you need, we will match the color accordingly or we will recommend some popular colors for your kindly reference.

What format of the file do you need if I want to do my own design?
- A: For silk-printing design, we need AI or PDF file for set up the print-plate. We will make mock-up photo and send you for print details approve, including color, size and position before batch printing.

Do you provide OEM developing services?
- A: Yes, customer‘s OEM is welcome,we have plenty of experience in OEM developing.On the one hand,we do OEM,on the other hand,we do ODM as well including silk-screen,colorbox,manual and software etc.

- A: We are honored to offer you samples for quality check,but you‘ll have to pay for it which is refundable when you place the order more than 500PCS.

How many days do you need to prepare 1 sample?
- A: Normally which takes 2-7days,depending on parts stock available.And the best way is to come to our factory or our booth to check & discuss the details.

Do I need to charge the e-scooter when I receive it?
- A: Yes,you must charge it before you ride it cause the battery is discharging and leaking by itself even without power on.Basically the Lithium Ion battery electric scooter must be charged every month without driving to avoid the battery dead.

What is your lead time?
- A: It depends on product and order QTY. Normally, it takes us 20days after receiving the deposit, repeat order only need 15-20days.
